ICFAI Law School (formerly known as Faculty of Law), a constituent of the ICFAI University, Dehradun is established with the objective of developing a new generation of legal professionals through the comprehensive and contemporary body of knowledge integrating law with Management/Humanities. The Bar Council of India has accorded its approval for imparting three year and five year Law Courses at ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand and award degrees in law.

Profile of Speaker: Adv. Deepak Agarwal
(Alternative Dispute Resolution Expert)
Deepak Agarwal is a Law Graduate from Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies, Bangalore University (B.A.LLB, 5 years Course), Karnataka and is a member of Bar Council of Delhi since 2009.
Since 2009 he has been handling Writ, Appeal, Civil, Labour, Service, Banking matters pertaining to N.I. Act and doing arbitration cases for and on behalf of companies and execution petitions in the various High Courts and District Courts of Delhi and various Industrial Tribunals, Labour Courts and Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums on behalf of individuals, firms and companies.
Mr. Deepak Agarwal has successful represented individual and government employees before CAT, Principal Bench, Delhi.
Mr. Deepak Agarwal is presently empanelled as advocate for Karnataka State Open University, Delhi Jal Board, M/s Arun Vastra Bhandar Pvt. Ltd. and has been formerly on the panel of M/s HDFC Ergo Company Pvt. Ltd., Panel Lawyer for DLSA, South East, Saket Court, Delhi, M/s Ruchira Constructions, M/s Gautam Builders, M/s Sulekha Enterprises, M/s Ruchira Groups Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Deepak Agarwal is actively involved in propagating legal awareness and has been attending conferences and has also been regularly speaking in seminars organized by Legal Aid, Saket on various topics including domestic violence, Legal Aid and Rule of Law.
