A.B.M.S. Parishad’s Yashwantrao Chavan Law College was established in 1978, is one of the leading law colleges in the state of Maharashtra.
About the Moot Court Competition
Yashwantrao Chavan Law College has been conducting this competition for many years. Participants from various states have taken part in the competition and made it highly privileged. It is their practice to frame the problem of the competition based on contemporary burning legal issues giving exposure to students in practical areas of law.
Eligibility and Team Size
- All the Colleges/Institutions/Schools in India imparting legal education are welcome to send only one team of two members to participate in the competition.
- All regular students of three years or five years law course during the present academic year 2021-22 are eligible for the competition.
- The organizing college may be a participating team in the competition.
Location
The competition will be held on 29th January 2022 over the online platform of Microsoft Teams.
Registration Fees
The registration for the competition can be made by submitting the registration form, here: http://forms.gle/pg3xpThBSCB5jLFK6 along with a registration fee of Rs. 1,000/- by Demand Draft of a nationalized bank drawn in favour of Yashwantrao Chavan Law College, Pune payable at Pune to the following postal address by 15th January 2022.
