A Bench of Justices S Abdul Nazeer and Krishna Murari pointed out how the State has been paying life time pension for staff employed by ministers with 2-year service.
“You are the only State where people are appointed for 2 years and give them life time pension. The State has a lot of money, tell this to the authorities,” the Court told Senior Counsel V Giri who was appearing for Kerala.
The Court eventually declined to entertain the plea but granted liberty to move the Kerala High Court.
