Eggless Vanilla Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting
There are so many eggless substitute for cakes..You can use yogurt, silken tofu, banana, apple sauce and many other things. Sweetened condensed milk is one of the main substitute, this is the first cake which i made using that and it turned out really good.
The cake is so simple to make and very easy to make. It is made using basic ingredients which you might already have on hand. You can add some tutti frutti, chocolate chips, nuts or anything as you like.

The cake is so simple to make and very easy to make. It is made using basic ingredients which you might already have on hand. You can add some tutti frutti, chocolate chips, nuts or anything as you like.
Ingredients for Eggless Vanilla Cake
- All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 cup / 120 grams
- Cornflour / Cornstarch – 3 tbsp
- Baking Soda / Cooking Soda – ½ tsp
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Melted Butter or Oil – ¼ cup / 60 ml
- Sweetened Condensed Milk – ¾ cup / 220 grams
- Water – ½ cup / 120 ml
- White Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Vanilla Essence – 1 tbsp
- Peanut Butter Frosting – 1 batch (Recipe here)
- Sprinkles as needed
How to Make Eggless Vanilla Cake
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
- Line 20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper. Grease it well with oil and set aside.
- Take flour, cornflour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix well.
- Take oil, condensed milk, vinegar, vanilla, water and mix well.
- Add in the flour and fold well.
- Spoon this into the baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 mins or untill a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove it from oven and set aside to cool down. Peel off the paper and set aside to cool.
- Spread out peanut butter frosting and top with sprinkles.
- Cut and serve.

Take all your ingredients |
Line a square baking pan with parchment and oil it well |
Take flour in a bowl |
add in cornflour |
add in salt |
baking powder and baking soda |
mix well and set aside |
Add in oil |
add in condensed milk |
pour it in |
add in water |
add in vinegar |
vanilla essence |
mix well |
add in flour mix |
mix gently |
fold gently |
spoon this in baking pan |
now bake till done |
all baked |
remove it and cool it completely |
Spoon the frosting over the cake |
Spread it out |
Top with sprinkles |
Cut into slices |
Serve |
