How did you apply for the internship?
I applied through my college’s Training and Placement Cell.
First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression
On the first day of my internship, an introductory session was conducted by the team head Ms. Shruti Singh.
She was the one who took my introduction and introduced me to the iPleaders team.
Main Tasks
There were two main tasks. The first work was to create content on the topic allotted which was also published on the iPleaders blog.
The second work was to edit and review the allotted articles.
Work Environment
The work environment was cool and pleasant. The work was done in a hustle-free manner.
All the members were polite and there was a healthy working experience.
There was a team of editors who helped and guided me, at every step in order to improve the quality of the articles.
They were also guiding and instructing us throughout the internship.
The reviewers were highly patient while making things better and helped me to understand it in a better way.
Good Things
The coordination of the team was pretty good.
I learned many effective points during the review process of the articles by our editors.
I learned the art of proper writing and structuring the articles.
I further learned how to produce quality content along with the enriched materials authenticated by the verified source thus making the article flawless.
There were regular reviews of the article.
The most important aspect of the internship was article writing.

I haven’t found any bad things.

Since I completed the internship online, I did not require any kind of accommodation.
Anything else?
My overall internship experience was fantastic.
My articles got published. It was my first enriching internship experience of article writing.
The efficient and effective coordination among the team members was really good.
And I got to learn the various aspects of the article writing.
